Travels

Whenever I travel, I always make sure that I have learned something about people’s way of life. I usually observed behavior, languages, crafts, and traditions aside from the landscapes. To me, these reflect the “heart” of the place I traveled.
Traveling is a rewarding experience. I am not only learning but am also gaining many acquaintances who complements my interests and work endeavors. And once in a while, I become “ambassador of goodwill” of my own culture and religion.
However, traveling is not easy as counting 1,2,3! You will have to prepare yourself and your pocket especially when you are traveling on your own. I am just fortunate that my line of work (development communication) gives me the opportunity to travel and discover inspiring stories from various sectors of the rice industry.
Through this site, I wish to share my experiences in traveling, places I visited, and some tips on what to prepare. I hope somehow this can make your “road less traveled”.
